Returns Policy

RETURNS: We accept returns of new, unworn, unused merchandise. Items may be returned up to 14 days after receiving your order. Store credit will be issued after item is received and verified that it meets the requirements above. Customer pays returned shipping. 

EXCHANGES: JQ is happy to exchange your item for another size. Please, keep in mind each of our items is a limited stock item and exchange sizes may not be available. Customer pays returned shipping.

Sale items are a final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit. 

Accessories, jewelry, and undergarments are final sale and not eligible for return. 

 

 

Shipping: Items ship 3-5 business days after the date of purchase. This excludes presale items. Presale items will be shipped upon arrival. Please note if an item you are purchasing is marked as a PRESALE item. These items are not yet available for shipping. An estimated shipping date will be posted as soon as our shop is notified by the manufacturer of its departure. Customer pays returned shipping on all returned and exchanged items.

Lost or Stolen Packages:  JQ is not responsible for incorrect delivery or incorrect shipping information received by purchaser upon checkout. JQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages All shipping questions or issues must be handled through USPS .
